Berlin Flat
Hello all!
Another short blog to tell you what's going on. I continue to be really busy with work here in Berlin. I work overtime every day and after I tack on the one hour commute each way to work and then dinner out somewhere in the evening, it is nearing 10pm by the time I get back home. I predict that things will stay this busy or get even busier until a series of important meetings that are scheduled for the middle of February. But I have been feeling pretty comfortable being here in Berlin. It has been a much more enjoyable experience than last time (which wasn't too bad either). Having a co-worker here with me, knowing some other people, and living in a busy and ritzy area have helped. The only problem has been the weather. I was hoping for cold and snowy. But instead it has been mild and raining...every day since I've been here it has rained. This makes it really difficult to want to walk around and sight-see. They are calling for cooler temperatures this week though. So in the future I'll get out into the touristy areas again.
But I also wanted to include a link to pictures from my flat and the view that I get out of my windows. Enjoy!

A Late Hello from Berlin
Hey!
I just wanted to update and say hello from Berlin...or should I say Guten Tag? I have been here since Tuesday and just wanted to write quickly so that everyone would know that I'm alright. Things have been incredibly busy here. I was working OT when I was back in Wichita and for now that is continuing here in Berlin. I think that things will slow down, but since there hasn't been a rep here for over a month, there is a bit of a back log and this is a really busy time in the project anyways. So I will update more in the future, but for now that is all that I have the time for.
